Spiedies for beef, lamb or veal

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Salad oil
¼ cup Vinegar
1 Clove garlic; finely chopped
1 teaspoon Oregano
¼ teaspoon Red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon Parsley
¾ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Pepper
¼ teaspoon Basil
3 pounds Lamb; veal or beef, cut into cubes

Marinate overnight, or longer for better flavor. Put on skewers; cook over hot coals.
