Peppy pork spiedies

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
4 pounds Cubed pork
3 cups Vegetable oil
¼ cup Wine
½ pounds Pepperoni, diced juice from 2 lemons
2 tablespoons Prepared mustard
4 \N Cloves of garlic, minced
2 \N Bay leaves
\N \N Salt and pepper

Combine all marinade ingredients. Add meat and marinate 72 hours, turning occasionally.

Skewer and grill meat, basting with marinade.
