½ pounds | Pepperoni, diced juice from 2 lemons |
2 tablespoons | Prepared mustard |
4 \N | Cloves of garlic, minced |

\N \N | Salt and pepper |
Combine all marinade ingredients. Add meat and marinate 72 hours, turning occasionally.
Skewer and grill meat, basting with marinade.
