|4 pounds||Cubed pork|
|3 cups||Vegetable oil|
|½ pounds||Pepperoni, diced juice from 2 lemons|
|2 tablespoons||Prepared mustard|
|4||Cloves of garlic, minced|
|Salt and pepper|
Combine all marinade ingredients. Add meat and marinate 72 hours, turning occasionally.
Skewer and grill meat, basting with marinade.
