1 teaspoon | Parsley |
1 tablespoon | Dried oregano |
2 tablespoons | Fresh basil |
1 teaspoon | Crushed garlic |
1 medium | Onion -- chopped |
¼ cup | Vinegar |
1 cup | Oil |
Throw all the marinade ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Marinate the lamb at least overnight (but a week isn't too long). Thread on skewers and grill over charcoal. Excellent! Recipe By : Bruce Baker
