| 2 | teaspoons | Pepper | 
| 1 | teaspoon | Parsley | 
| 1 | tablespoon | Dried oregano | 
| 2 | tablespoons | Fresh basil | 
| 1 | teaspoon | Crushed garlic | 
| 1 | medium | Onion -- chopped | 
| ¼ | cup | Vinegar | 
| 1 | cup | Oil | 
Directions
Throw all the marinade ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Marinate the lamb at least overnight (but a week isn't too long). Thread on skewers and grill over charcoal. Excellent! Recipe By : Bruce Baker
