Pecan pie {fredericksburg}

Yield: 1 pie

Measure Ingredient
5 \N Eggs
1 cup Sugar
1½ cup Corn syrup
½ teaspoon Salt
1½ teaspoon Vanilla
1½ cup Chopped pecans
6 tablespoons Melted butter

Beat eggs and sugar. Add corn syrup, salt, vanilla, chopped pecans and butter. Mix well. Pour into unbaked 9-inch pie shell and bake until filling is set, about 1 hour and 15 minutes at 325ø F.
