Pecan pie

Measure Ingredient
3 \N Eggs
½ cup Dark Brown Sugar
1 cup Dark Corn Syrup
½ teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
¼ cup Softened Butter
1 cup Pecan Pieces
½ cup Pecan Halves -- for granish
1 \N 9 Inch Pie Shell, Unbaked
\N \N And Refrigerated

Preheat oven to 375 F. Beat eggs in a medium-size bowl. Add brown sugar, corn syrup, salt, and vanilla. Blend well. Stir in butter and broken pecans. Pour into pie shell. If you like, make a design when placing the pecan halves on top. Bake for 45 to 50 mins or until the center is firm.
