Pecan pie #03

Yield: 8 Servings

Measure Ingredient
3 Eggs; beaten
½ cup Light corn syrup
½ cup Dark corn syrup
4 tablespoons Melted butter
¾ cup Sugar
½ teaspoon Salt
1 tablespoon Flour
1½ cup Pecans; whole pecans look best
1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell

Thoroughly mix eggs, corn syrups, butter, sugar, salt & flour. Add pecans & pour into pie shell. Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until filling is set. Use sharp knife to cut pie.
