Pecan pie #01

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 \N Unbaked pie shell
3 \N Eggs
1 cup Sugar
1 cup White corn syrup
½ teaspoon Vanilla
2 tablespoons Butter
2 tablespoons Lemon juice
1 cup Chopped pecans

Preheat oven to 350. Beat eggs lightly, then add next 5 ingredients. Place pecans in pie shell. Pour in mixed ingredients. Bake at 350 for about 45 minutes.
