Pea salad

Yield: 10 servings

Measure Ingredient
20 ounces Peas; thawed
1 cup Peanuts; dry roasted
½ cup Celery; chopped
½ cup Italian dressing
½ cup Sour cream
5 ounces Water chestnuts; sliced and drained
2 tablespoons Onion; chopped
¼ teaspoon Curry powder
