Pea dressing

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 tablespoon Butter
1 tablespoon Flour
1 cup Milk
\N \N Salmon juice
1 \N Egg
\N \N Peas

Melt butter in saucepan, add flour, stir until smooth. Add milk and salmon juice. Cook until thick. Add egg, well-beaten, and peas.

Pour over salmon loaf.
