Measure | Ingredient |

3 \N | Hard boiled eggs; chopped |
2 cans | Petit pois green peas; drained |
½ cup | Minced celery |
1 \N | Roll garlic cheese; cubed |
¼ cup | Sweet pickle relish |
½ cup | Mayonnaise |
1 pack | Plain gelatin |
¼ cup | Cold water |
1 tablespoon | Minced onion |
Dissolve gelatin in cold water. Mix all ingredients together and place in ring mold. Chill overnight. Serve on a bed of lettuce. This is also good when ham salad is placed in center of ring.
REFRIGERATE OVERNIGHT
