Sweet pea salad

Yield: 8 Servings

Measure Ingredient
3 Hard boiled eggs; chopped
2 cans Petit pois green peas; drained
½ cup Minced celery
1 Roll garlic cheese; cubed
¼ cup Sweet pickle relish
½ cup Mayonnaise
1 pack Plain gelatin
¼ cup Cold water
1 tablespoon Minced onion

Dissolve gelatin in cold water. Mix all ingredients together and place in ring mold. Chill overnight. Serve on a bed of lettuce. This is also good when ham salad is placed in center of ring.

REFRIGERATE OVERNIGHT
