Sweet pea salad

Ingredients

| 3 | Hard boiled eggs; chopped | |
| 2 | cans | Petit pois green peas; drained |
| ½ | cup | Minced celery |
| 1 | Roll garlic cheese; cubed | |
| ¼ | cup | Sweet pickle relish |
| ½ | cup | Mayonnaise |
| 1 | pack | Plain gelatin |
| ¼ | cup | Cold water |
| 1 | tablespoon | Minced onion |
Directions
Dissolve gelatin in cold water. Mix all ingredients together and place in ring mold. Chill overnight. Serve on a bed of lettuce. This is also good when ham salad is placed in center of ring.
REFRIGERATE OVERNIGHT
