Herbed pea salad

Yield: 7 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 \N 10 oz. pkgs
2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
2 tablespoons Sour cream
2 teaspoons Lemon juice
2 tablespoons Fresh dill -- finely
\N \N Chopped
3 teaspoons Mint (do not use dried) --
\N \N Finely chopped
\N \N Frozen tiny peas

1. Thaw peas and pat dry with paper towels. (Peas can be thawed in the microwave oven on Defrost setting for 3 to 4 minutes.) 2. In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, and herbs.

3. Just before serving, mix together dressing and peas.
