|10 ounces||Fresh or Frozen Peas|
|1 cup||Celery; diced|
|1 cup||Cauliflower; chopped|
|¼ cup||Green or Spring Onion; thinly sliced|
|2 tablespoons||Pimiento; chopped|
|1 cup||Cashews; chopped|
|¼ cup||Cooked Bacon; crumbled|
|½ cup||Sour Cream|
|1 cup||Prepared Ranch Salad Dressing|
|½ teaspoon||Dijon Mustard|
|1 small||Clove Garlic; minced|
Rinse the fresh or frozen peas in hot water and drain thoroughly.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the peas with the celery, cauliflower, green onion, pimiento, cashews, and bacon. Mix in the sour cream.
In a separate mixing bowl, whisk together the Ranch salad dressing, Dijon mustard, and garlic.
Pour the mixture over the vegetables and toss gently to blend.
