English pea salad

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 can (17-oz) English peas
¾ cup American cheese; cubed
½ cup Sweet pickle relish
3 Boiled eggs; chopped
½ cup Mayonnaise

Drain peas, add remaining ingredients. Serve cold on lettuce leaves.
