¾Loaf of bread, trim crusts

1teaspoonSalt
½cupMilk, or more
6Stalks celery, chopped
1packCorn bread mix, baked
1poundsSausage, bulk
2tablespoonsPoultry seasoning
Pepper to taste
1canChicken or turkey broth

Directions
