Party cheese-lime salad

Ingredients

| 2 | cups | Cottage cheese -- creamed |
| 3 | cups | Boiling water |
| 1 | teaspoon | Onion -- finely chopped |
| 2 | packs | (3oz)each lime jello |
| 1 | teaspoon | Green pepper -- finely |

| 1 | cup | Pineapple juice |
| ½ | cup | Cucumber -- coarsly chopped |
| 1 | teaspoon | Vinegar |
| ½ | cup | Celery -- coarsley chopped |
| ½ | teaspoon | Salt |
Directions
Pour boiling water on gelatin in bowl; stir until gelatin is dissolved.
Stir in pineapple juice, vinegar and salt. Pour 1 cup of the gelatin mixture into 8-cup ring mold. Refrigerate until firm.
Refrigerate remaining mixture until slightly thickened but not set; beat with hand beater until light and fluffy. Mix in remaining ingredients; pour on gelatin layer in mold. Refrigerate until firm. Unmold on serving plate.
