Peach-olive salad with lime dressing

| Salad greens | ||
| ½ | cup | Oil, salad |
| ½ | cup | Lime juice |

| 29 | ounces | Peach halves |
| Paprika | ||
| Nuts; chopped | ||
| 2 | tablespoons | Honey; or sugar |
| dash | Cayenne pepper | |
Directions
LIME DRESSING
Mix cottage cheese, olives, and salt and mound on salad greens with drained peach halves arranges on side. Fill peach centers with additional cheese mixture. Sprinkle wiht paprika and nuts. Serve with Lime Dressing.
Lime Dressing: Combine all ingredients and shake well. Yield: 1 cup.
