Honey-lime salad dressing

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 \N Egg; beaten
¼ cup Lime juice
1 teaspoon Grated lime rind
½ cup Honey
⅛ teaspoon Salt
⅛ teaspoon Ground mace
1 cup Commercial sour cream

Combine egg, lime juice, grated lime rind, and honey in saucepan; cook over low heat until thickened, stirring con stantly. Add salt and mace; cool.

Fold in sour cream; chill. Yield: 1-½ cups.
