1 teaspoon | Grated lime rind |
½ cup | Honey |
⅛ teaspoon | Salt |
⅛ teaspoon | Ground mace |
1 cup | Commercial sour cream |
Combine egg, lime juice, grated lime rind, and honey in saucepan; cook over low heat until thickened, stirring con stantly. Add salt and mace; cool.
Fold in sour cream; chill. Yield: 1-½ cups.
