Honey-lime salad dressing

| 1 | Egg; beaten | |
| ¼ | cup | Lime juice |
| 1 | teaspoon | Grated lime rind |
| ½ | cup | Honey |
| ⅛ | teaspoon | Salt |
| ⅛ | teaspoon | Ground mace |
| 1 | cup | Commercial sour cream |
Directions
Combine egg, lime juice, grated lime rind, and honey in saucepan; cook over low heat until thickened, stirring con stantly. Add salt and mace; cool.
Fold in sour cream; chill. Yield: 1-½ cups.
