Lime-pineapple relish

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Chopped fresh pineapple or 2 (8 oz) cans crushed pineapple, drained
¼ cup Chopped red bell pepper
2 tablespoons Sugar
2 tablespoons Thinly sliced green onion
2 teaspoons Grated lime peel
1 tablespoon Fresh lime juice
½ teaspoon Ginger
