Lime salad

Yield: 3 servings

Measure Ingredient
60 \N Minature marshmallows
1 pack Lime Jello
1 small Can of crushed pineapple
1 cup Boiling water
1 cup Whipping cream
12 ounces Cottage cheese
1 tablespoon Lemon juice

Pour boiling water over marshmallows and Jello. Add lemon and pineapple juice and enough water to make one cup. Add Jello, mix and let stand until begins to congeal. Add pineapple and cottage cheese and fold in whipping cream. Let set in refrigerator for 6 to 10 hours. Randy Rigg Submitted By RANDY RIGG On 05-16-95
