Oil-vinegar dressing

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
4 tablespoons Oil
2 tablespoons Vinegar
1 teaspoon Sugar
¾ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Pepper
3 drops Sesame oil; more or less

1. Combine all ingredients, blending well.

2. Pour over cold vegetables, cold cooked meat or fish.

VARIATION: For the salt and pepper, substitute ½ teaspoon powdered mustard and ¼ teaspoon paprika.
