No-oil vinaigrette

| Freshly ground black pepper | ||
| 1 | teaspoon | Fresh basil; finely chopped |
| 1 | tablespoon | Shallots; finely chopped |
| 1 | tablespoon | Chopped parsley |
| ½ | cup | Raspberry vinegar |
| ½ | cup | Fresh lemon juice |
| Salt; to taste | ||
Directions
Put all ingredients in food processor and process until well blended.
Season to taste. Makes about 1 cup.
