No-oil vinaigrette

2teaspoonsDijon mustard; grainy style
Freshly ground black pepper
1teaspoonFresh basil; finely chopped
1tablespoonShallots; finely chopped
1tablespoonChopped parsley
½cupRaspberry vinegar
½cupFresh lemon juice
Salt; to taste

Directions

Put all ingredients in food processor and process until well blended.

Season to taste. Makes about 1 cup.
