Herbed oil and vinegar dressing

Measure Ingredient
¼ cup Cider vinegar
¼ cup Olive oil
¼ cup Apple juice
1 teaspoon Honey
½ cup Parsley leaves
2 teaspoons Dried leaf basil, crumbled
¼ teaspoon Dry mustard
¾ teaspoon Salt
⅛ teaspoon Ground black pepper

1>. Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Whirl until smooth. 2>. Place in jar with tight-fitting lid. Refrigerate for up to two weeks. Shake well before serving.
