90 millilitres | White wine vinegar; (3fl oz) |
175 millilitres | Greek olive oil; (6fl oz) |
2 tablespoons | Fresh oregano; finely chopped |

Place the vinegar in a liquidiser and with the motor running gradually add the olive oil.
Add the oregano, salt and pepper and blend until the dressing takes on a creamy appearance. Serve immediately or blend again just before serving.
