Herbed oil & vinegar dressing

Ingredients

| ¼ | cup | Apple juice |
| 1 | teaspoon | Honey |
| ½ | cup | Parsley leaves |
| 2 | teaspoons | Dried leaf basil, crumbled |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Dry mustard |
| ¾ | teaspoon | Salt |
| ⅛ | teaspoon | Ground black pepper |
Directions
1>. Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Whirl until smooth. 2>. Place in jar with tight-fitting lid. Refrigerate for up to two weeks. Shake well before serving.
