Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 Onion grated
2 Whole dry red chillies
2 tablespoons Olive oil
1 tablespoon Vinegar
1 teaspoon Ground sugar
8 Mint leave finely chopped; (8 to 10)
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste

Directions

Warm oil, add chillies.

Cover, keep aside 20 minutes or till required.

Remove chillies, reheat the chilli oil.

Add onion, saute till pink and tender.

Add all other ingredients, mix well, stirfry for 2 minutes.

Cool a bit, pour over chilled salad, toss with chopsticks or fork.

Serve immediately.
