Nutted cheese spread

Measure Ingredient
1½ cup Shredded sharp cheddar
\N \N Cheese
½ cup Low fat cottage cheese
2 tablespoons Port wine
1 tablespoon Parsley chopped fine
¼ teaspoon Dry mustard
⅛ teaspoon Ground red pepper
3 tablespoons Chopped walnuts

In small bowl, with electric mixer at high, beat first 6 ingredients.

FOld in nuts; chill.
