Yield: 1 cup
|½ cup||Peanut butter; smooth or crunchy|
|1 cup||Cheese, Cheddar; shredded|
|¼ cup||Milk; TO 1/3 CUP|
Combine all ingredients; blend well. To make a thinner spread, slowly add more milk. Cover and stor in refrigerator. To serve, spread on creackers, bread, or apple and pear slices; it may also be used to stuff celery.
