Noodles and cheese times three

Ingredients

| 8 | ounces | Egg noodles |
| 3 | tablespoons | Margarine |
| 1 | cup | Grated Parmesan cheese |
| 1 | cup | Swiss cheese -- diced |
| 1 | cup | Mozzarella cheese -- diced |
| WHITE SAUCE | ||
| 3 | tablespoons | Margarine |
| 3 | tablespoons | All-purpose flour |
| 1¼ | teaspoon | Salt |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Black pepper |
| 1¾ | teaspoon | Ground nutmeg |
| 2½ | cup | Milk |
Directions
1. Bring 3 quarts water to a boil; add salt if desired. Gradually add noodles to boiling water; keep water boiling. Cook, uncovered, for 5 minutes; stir occasionally. Drain.
2. Toss the noodles with margarine, then with Parmesan cheese. Add cubed Swiss and mozzarella cheese and toss lightly.
3. Turn half the noodles into greased 3-quart casserole dish (or use a 13 x 9 x 2-inch dish). Top with half the white sauce. Repeat layers; sprinkle more grated Parmesan on top.
4. Bake in preheated 350-degree oven for 25 minutes or until bubbling.
WHITE SAUCE:
Melt margarine in saucepan. Blend in flour and seasonings. Gradually add milk and cook, stirring constantly, until sauce boils 1 minute.
