Noodle and cheese casserole

| 8 | ounces | Pasta; Cooked & Drained | 
| 1 | cup | Ricotta Cheese | 
| ½ | cup | Minced Onion; * See Note | 
| 8 | ounces | Plain Yogurt; * See Note | 
| 1 | teaspoon | Salt | 
| ⅛ | teaspoon | Ground Pepper; * See Note | 
| ¼ | teaspoon | Nutmeg | 
| 1 | Egg White; Optional | |
| 1 | tablespoon | Parmesan Cheese; * See Note | 
Directions
Preheat oven to 350F. Oil a small casserole. 
Combine all ingredients, except pasta, until blended. 
Place pasta in casserole; pour cheese mixture over top and mix in well. 
Bake about 10 to 15 minutes or until set.
