Multigrain sourdough bread abm

Yield: 1 loaf

Measure Ingredient
2 teaspoons Dry yeast
¾ cup Rye flour
2 cups Whole wheat flour
1½ cup Bread flour
3 tablespoons Wheat germ
3 tablespoons Oat bran
½ cup Corn meal
2 tablespoons Gluten
3 tablespoons Cracked wheat
1 teaspoon Salt
4 tablespoons Molasses
3 tablespoons Olive oil
½ cup Sourdough starter
2 cups Warm water

Add the ingredients in the order listed.

Select White Bread.

Press Start.
