1 cup | Bread Flour |
¾ cup | Whole Wheat Flour |
⅔ cup | 7-grain or multigrain cereal |
2 tablespoons | Packed Brown Sugar |
1 teaspoon | Salt |
2 teaspoons | Bread Machine Yeast |
Measure carefully, placing all ingredients in bread machine pan in the order recommended by the manufacturer.
Select Whole Wheat or Basic/White cycle. Use Medium or Light crust color. Remove baked bread from pan and cool on wire rack.
