Multi-grain sourdough bread

Measure Ingredient
2 teaspoons Dry Yeast
3 tablespoons Cracked Wheat; (use Wheatena
\N \N Cereal)
¾ cup Rye flour
2 cups Whole Wheat Flour
½ cup CornMeal
3 tablespoons Wheat Germ
1 teaspoon Salt
1½ cup Bread Flour
4 tablespoons Molasses
3 tablespoons Olive Oil
3 tablespoons Oat Bran
½ cup Sourdough Starter
2 cups Warm Water
2 tablespoons Gluten Yields 1 Loaf

Add the ingredients to the pan in the order listed. Select "White Bread".

Press "Start".
