Sourdough bread - abm

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1½ cup Sourdough Starter
¾ cup Milk
2½ tablespoon Margarine/Butter
2⅔ tablespoon Sugar
1⅓ tablespoon Salt
4 cups Bread flour
2½ teaspoon Yeast

Note: 6 servings for Large (1½ lb) loaf, set to 4 for Medium or 3 for Small.

Put everything in the machine in the order suggested by your manufacturer, lock and load on regular cycle.
