Sourdough oatmeal bread abm

Yield: 16 servings

Measure Ingredient
½ tablespoon Yeast
¾ cup Oats
2¼ cup Flour, bread
1 tablespoon Sugar
½ tablespoon Salt
2 tablespoons Oil
1¾ cup Sourdough starter
2 tablespoons Water

Bring all ingredients to room temperature and pour into bakery, in order. Set "baking control" at 10 o'clock. Select "white bread" and push Start.

Tested in DAK R2D2. Sylvia's comments: top cracked, try less flour & more starter.

Cathy's notes: This is a very moist sourdough bread.
