Monterey shrimp dip

Yield: 3 1/4 cups

Measure Ingredient
1 \N 8 ounce package Monterey Jack cheese with peppers, shredded
1 \N 4 ounce cans shrimp, drained
1 \N 2 1/2 ounce can sliced ripe olives, drained
¾ cup Mayonnaise
¼ cup Chopped green onions
\N \N Tortilla chips

Stir together first 5 ingredients in a 1 quart microwave-safe dish.

Microwave at High 3 minutes or until cheese melts, stirring after each minute. Serve immediately with tortilla chips. Yield: 3¼ cups.
