Mom smith's ham loaf

Yield: 8 Servings

Measure Ingredient
½ pounds Smoked or Cooked Ham; Finely Ground
1½ pounds Lean Hamburger
1 cup Bread Crumbs
1 cup Milk
2 \N Eggs
½ cup Brown Sugar
½ cup Vinegar
½ cup Water
1 teaspoon Dry Mustard

Mix the first 5 ingredients together and place in a loaf pan as you would a meat loaf. Bake, uncovered, in a 350F oven for 45 minutes. Combine the remaining ingredients and baste the meat while continuing to bake for an additional 15 minutes.
