Ham loaf #2

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
¾ pounds Ground cured ham
¾ pounds Ground fresh pork
1 \N Egg; beaten
¼ cup Milk
½ cup Bread crumbs
¼ can Tomato soup (or more)
¼ teaspoon Paprika
¼ teaspoon Salt
1 tablespoon Minced onion
¼ can Tomato soup
¼ cup French mustard
¼ cup Vinegar
¼ cup Sugar
¼ cup Oil
2 \N Egg yolks


Combine loaf ingredients except onion; shape into a loaf & place in a pan with some water & the minced onion. Bake at 350 for 1-½ hours. Sauce: Combine ingredients & cook until thick. Pour over ham loaf.
