| ¼ | pounds | Fresh Ground Pork | 
| 1 | each | Egg, Beaten | 
| ¾ | cup | Milk | 
| ½ | cup | Cracker Crumbs, Crumbled | 
| ½ | cup | Tomato Soup | 
| ½ | teaspoon | Salt | 
| ½ | teaspoon | Pepper | 
| GLAZE | ||
| ½ | cup | Brown Sugar | 
| ½ | cup | Crushed Pineapple | 
Directions
Directions: In large bowl, mix well by hand the meats, egg, milk, crumbs, soup, and pepper. Shape and place in loaf pan. Bake 1½ hours at 350 degrees, basting with glaze during the last 15 minutes of baking time.
