Ham loaf

Yield: 6 servings

Measure Ingredient
½ pounds Cured Ham
¾ pounds Ground Beef
¼ pounds Fresh Ground Pork
1 each Egg, Beaten
¾ cup Milk
½ cup Cracker Crumbs, Crumbled
½ cup Tomato Soup
½ teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Pepper
\N \N GLAZE
½ cup Brown Sugar
½ cup Crushed Pineapple

Directions: In large bowl, mix well by hand the meats, egg, milk, crumbs, soup, and pepper. Shape and place in loaf pan. Bake 1½ hours at 350 degrees, basting with glaze during the last 15 minutes of baking time.
