Lots of ham loaf

Measure Ingredient
3 pounds Smoked ham, raw, ground
2 pounds Pork, fresh; raw, ground
3 cups Soft bread crumbs; OR crisp cereal
2 cups Milk
3 Egg; beaten
3 teaspoons Sugar, brown
1 teaspoon Cloves, ground
¼ teaspoon Pepper
12 pounds Smoked ham, raw, ground
8 pounds Pork, fresh; raw, ground
3 quarts Soft bread crumbs; OR crisp cereal
2 quarts Milk
12 Egg; beaten
¼ cup Sugar, brown
4 teaspoons Cloves, ground
1 teaspoon Pepper

Soak the bread crumbs or cereal in the milk for 15 minutes. Combine all the other ingredients and add the crumb-milk mixture. Mix well.

Divide the mixture and place equal amounts in pans of same size.

Press the mixture firmly into the corners of the pans and have the top level. Bake in a moderate oven at 350 F. for 2 hours. Allow loaves to stand in a warm place for 20 - 30 minutes for easy slicing.
