Spicy ham loaf

Ingredients

| ¾ | cup | Syrup, dark corn |
| 2 | teaspoons | Mustard, dry |
| ⅓ | cup | Vinegar |
| 3 | cups | Ham; ground (about 1-1/2lbs) |
| 2 | cups | Pork; ground (1 lb.) |
| 1 | cup | Breadcrumbs, fine dry |
| 2 | Eggs | |
| ½ | cup | Apple juice |
| 1 | tablespoon | Onion, minced |
| ½ | teaspoon | Mustard; dry |
| ½ | teaspoon | Worcestershire sauce |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Pepper |
Directions
Combine corn syrup, 2 teaspoon dry mustard, and vinegar in a small saucepan; bring to a boil. Boil 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove syrup from heat, and set aside.
Combine remaining ingredients; mix well. Place meat mixture in a greased 13x9x2" baking pan, and shape into 12x4" loaf. Bake at 300 degrees for 1-½ to 2 hours, basting every 15 minutes with syrup mixture.
