Shirley dunphy's ham loaf

Yield: 1 Loaf

Measure Ingredient

2 pounds Ground ham
2 pounds Lean ground beef
2 cups Graham cracker crumbs
1½ cup Milk
1 teaspoon Dry mustard
¼ cup Vinegar
¾ cup Brown sugar
½ cup Tomato sauce



Mix loaf ingredients well and shape into loaf. Bake for 2⅒/2 hours at 275~, basting occasionally with sauce.
