Minted orange tea

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
3 cups Very strong tea (use 5 tablespoons Orange Pekoe tea and 3 cups boiling water - let steep 10 minutes)
½ cup Orange juice
⅓ cup Lemon juice
1 teaspoon Sugar
2 cups Ginger ale
Mint
Orange slices

Combine tea, orange juice, lemon juice and sugar. Chill. Add 2 cups ginger ale. Pour over ice. Garnish with mint and orange slices. Yield: 6 drinks.
