Minted iced tea slush

Ingredients

2 | cups | Water |
6 | Regular-sized tea bags | |
1 | tablespoon | Chopped fresh mint |
2 | tablespoons | Sugar |
¾ | cup | Unsweetened orange juice |
1 | tablespoon | Frozen lemonade concentrate, undiluted |
3 | cups | Club soda, chilled |
Directions
Bring water to a boil; pour over tea bags and mint. Cover and let stand 5 minutes; discard tea bags. Strain mixture; discard mint. Add sugar; stir well. Add orange juice and lemonade, and stir well.
Pour mixture into an 8-inch square baking pan; cover and freeze 2 hours.
Spoon mixture into a pitcher; stir in club soda. Stir gently until mixture becomes slushy, breaking up frozen pieces with a spoon. Yield: 6 cups (serving size: 1 cup).
