Lime-mint tea on ice

Ingredients

QuantityIngredient
1quartBoiling water
4teaspoonsBags
cupLoosely packed fresh mint leaves (up to 2)
¼cupSugar, or to taste
¼cupFresh lime juice (about 2 limes)
Lime slices for garnish

Directions

Combine water, tea bags, mint and sugar. Cover; steep 20 minutes. Remove and discard tea bags and mint leaves. Cool. Stir in lime juice, chill.

Serve over ice, garnish with lime slices.

Makes 1 quart.
