Measure | Ingredient |

1 quart | Boiling water |
4 teaspoons | Bags |
1½ cup | Loosely packed fresh mint leaves (up to 2) |
¼ cup | Sugar, or to taste |
¼ cup | Fresh lime juice (about 2 limes) |
\N \N | Lime slices for garnish |
Combine water, tea bags, mint and sugar. Cover; steep 20 minutes. Remove and discard tea bags and mint leaves. Cool. Stir in lime juice, chill.
Serve over ice, garnish with lime slices.
Makes 1 quart.
