Lime-mint tea on ice

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 quart Boiling water
4 teaspoons Bags
1½ cup Loosely packed fresh mint leaves (up to 2)
¼ cup Sugar, or to taste
¼ cup Fresh lime juice (about 2 limes)
\N \N Lime slices for garnish

Combine water, tea bags, mint and sugar. Cover; steep 20 minutes. Remove and discard tea bags and mint leaves. Cool. Stir in lime juice, chill.

Serve over ice, garnish with lime slices.

Makes 1 quart.
