Microwave whole-wheat banana muffins

| ½ | cup | Whole-wheat flour |
| ½ | teaspoon | Baking powder |
| ½ | teaspoon | Baking soda |
| ½ | teaspoon | Salt |
| 1 | Egg | |
| ½ | cup | Brown sugar |
| ½ | cup | Mashed banana |
| 1 | teaspoon | Cinnamon |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Nutmeg |
| ¾ | cup | Rolled oats |
| ½ | cup | Melted butter |
| ½ | cup | Golden raisins |
Directions
Mix together wheat germ, flour, b/pd., b/soda, salt, spices, sugar & oats.
