Fat-free banana muffins

2teaspoonsBaking powder
½teaspoonBaking soda
½teaspoonSalt
½teaspoonCinnamon
2Egg whites
2Large; ripe bananas, well mashed
cupSkim milk
½cupKaro light or dark corn syrup

Directions

Spray 12 (2½-inch) muffin cups with cooking spray. In medium bowl combine dry ingredients. In large bowl, beat egg whites lightly. Stir in bananas, milk and corn syrup. Add dry ingredients; stir until well blended.

Spoon into prepared muffin cups. Bake in 400 degree F oven 22 to 25 minutes or until firm to touch. Cool in pan 5 minutes. Remove; cool on wire rack.
