Banana-bran muffins

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Whole wheat flour
1 cup Wheat bran
1 tablespoon Baking powder
¼ teaspoon Salt
3 \N 4 VERY ripe bananas
\N \N Milk
1 \N Egg equivalent
2 tablespoons Sugar or honey if bananas
\N \N Are not sweet enough

Mix dry ingredients. Mash bananas and add enough milk to make 1½ cups total. Add egg to bananas. Pour wet over dry ingredients and stir just until mixed. Spoon into 12 lightly greased/pammed muffin cups. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Remove from cups while still hot.
