Banana-bran muffins

Ingredients

| 1 | cup | Whole wheat flour |
| 1 | cup | Wheat bran |
| 1 | tablespoon | Baking powder |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Salt |
| 3 | 4 VERY ripe bananas | |
| Milk | ||
| 1 | Egg equivalent | |
| 2 | tablespoons | Sugar or honey if bananas |
| Are not sweet enough | ||
Directions
Mix dry ingredients. Mash bananas and add enough milk to make 1½ cups total. Add egg to bananas. Pour wet over dry ingredients and stir just until mixed. Spoon into 12 lightly greased/pammed muffin cups. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Remove from cups while still hot.
