Measure | Ingredient |

1 cup | Whole wheat flour |
1 cup | Wheat bran |
1 tablespoon | Baking powder |
¼ teaspoon | Salt |
3 \N | 4 VERY ripe bananas |
\N \N | Milk |
1 \N | Egg equivalent |
2 tablespoons | Sugar or honey if bananas |
\N \N | Are not sweet enough |
Mix dry ingredients. Mash bananas and add enough milk to make 1½ cups total. Add egg to bananas. Pour wet over dry ingredients and stir just until mixed. Spoon into 12 lightly greased/pammed muffin cups. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Remove from cups while still hot.
