|1 cup||Whole wheat flour|
|1 cup||Wheat bran|
|1 tablespoon||Baking powder|
|3||4 VERY ripe bananas|
|2 tablespoons||Sugar or honey if bananas|
|Are not sweet enough|
Mix dry ingredients. Mash bananas and add enough milk to make 1½ cups total. Add egg to bananas. Pour wet over dry ingredients and stir just until mixed. Spoon into 12 lightly greased/pammed muffin cups. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Remove from cups while still hot.
