Muffins ( whole wheat )

Yield: 12 muffins

Measure Ingredient
⅔ cup Whole wheat flour
1½ cup Muffin mix
1 Egg, beaten
1 cup Milk

Preheat oven to 400. Butter muffin pans. In a medium bowl, combine whole wheat flour and muffin mix. Combine egg and milk in a small bowl. Add all at once to dry ingredients. Stir until just moistened: batter will be lumpy. Fill prepared muffin pans ⅔ full.

Bake 15 to 20 minutes, until golden brown.
