| 2 | pounds | Stew beef |
| 6 | mediums | Potatoes |
| 6 | Chopped onions | |
| 6 | Carrots, cut into 1/4\" slices | |

Directions
Place in 18 inch square foil, enough for 1 serving and add a dash of Tabasco sauce to each bundle and add 2 tablespoons water to each. Bring corners together and twist shut. Bake at 400 degrees for 1½ hours or can be done on the grill.
