¼cupStone ground mustard
¼cupBeer
½teaspoonCelery seed
8New potatoes, sliced 1/4\" tk
2cupsCarrots, sliced 1/4\" thick
1Onion, thinly sliced
1canSPAM Luncheon Meat, sliced (12 oz)

Directions

Heat oven to 375'F. In bowl, combine brown sugar, mustard, beer, and celery seed. Divide vegetables and SPAM on four 12" square pieces of foil. Drizzle mustard mixture over vegetables. Fold foil to form packets. Bake 45-60 minutes or until hot.
